I want to begin by clarifying the difference between Bidens criminal handling of classified documents and Trumps LEGAL handling of them.

First, a President as the ultimate authority in declassifying classified documents. That unique authority is reserved ONLY to the President. There is no formal process for that decalssification. If the President makes a classified document public, it is automatically declassified.

Secondly, did Trump obtain approval to take records with him from the Archivist, and if so, what was that agreement?

Thirdly, were the records at Mara Lago there as a result of and while he was the President? The President spent time there when not at the White House so it stands to reason that the documents would be there which was within his legal purview per the Presidential Records act. If so, what agreement did the Trump team make with the Archivist to return the documents that were already at his estate?

Most importantly, they were locked in a secure location with secret service protection.

Now let's review Biden's ILLEGAL handling of his documents. He stored classified materials at more than four locations, maybe five. The locations where not secure. He was not a president and therefore had no rights to take anything with him and did not have declassification capability as Trump did.

Then we get this news:

This matters because it’s now known that the former VP turned president had taken classified documents with him and stored them in unsafe places.

“We learned a lot. First of all, we learned that the documents didn’t just start mysteriously moving around in December of 2022 or November of 2022, like the White House has alleged. She said this dates back to May of 2022,” he began.

And so the White House lied.

“The documents were removed from the vice presidency to at least three different locations in a personal vehicle. We don’t know why they weren’t stored behind any lock. One of the locations was in Chinatown. Another location was in the Penn Biden Center, which might as well have been Chinatown, by looking at where their money was coming from,” Comer added.

Chinatown in Washington, D.C., is located east of Downtown near Penn Quarter and easily accessible via all lines of the D.C. metro, so it's easy to reach from anywhere in the city. It's still called Chinatown halfwit.
