Who wants to bet me that Comey will not be indicted on the same charges again.
They might “trump” up something new, but I’m taking bets regarding a new indictment on those same facts.
1) they could re-indict him on the same facts, within 6 months… but the judge ruled there never was a valid indictment so…
2) A federal just suppressed the bulk of the evidence used to indict him as FOTPT.
3) Maybe TACO is embarrassed enough to walk away and cry it’s the LIBERAL judges fault, one of his favorite whinny lies.
