I have suspected for a while that this account is a poorly programmed bot based on it's inability to follow a thread.

At this point I have decided the evidence is overwhelming (nobody can really be that consistently stupid and or oblivious and still manage to feed themselves) and so will no longer be responding to it's posts.

I suggest everyone follow suit.

All commuter rail and trams are government owned and operated (often poorly). Most of these have developed rail ring and they aren't being corrected. There have already been a couple of derailments because of it.

Government paid for installing all the rail lines across the country, except ONE (the Northern route).
Amtrack is owned and operated by the government.
