The governor is providing no support for the ICE agents using the forces he has influence over.
Walz works closely with various law enforcement agencies, including:
- Minnesota State Patrol
- Local Police Departments
- County Sheriffs' Offices
The city proper of Minneapolis is currently down from a mandated staff of 920 to something around 600. All those who could retired or moved to other cities after they lost support from Walz and Frey back in 2020.
