Congratulations, Detroit: Crime rate makes more than 50% want to leave

Is it every damned city in the USA that is crime ridden by observable, measurable and generally accepted standards? Why yes they are with the caveat the more poverty then the more crime. I could go on and on but that should suffice for some weed chewing.
