Conservative Courts did well by US in Pandemic

The vaccine, mask, and other mandates leveled during COVID by the CDC and other federal agencies as well as the White House, were unlawful under the Constitution. No federal government had the Constitutional authority to issue any such mandate.

Particularly disturbing was the executive order by President Joe Biden mandating federal contractors to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force. Another was the CDC's order requiring masks on public transportation conveyances and public transportation hubs. Both of those orders were thankfully struck down by the courts.

Also shot down in court was the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's rule requiring employers with 100 or more employees to ensure that each of their workers was fully vaccinated or tested negative for COVID at least once a week.

US constitutional law gives police power the authority of the states to regulate individual behavior and enforce order within their respective territories for the betterment of the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of their inhabitants.

The 10th Amendment to the Constitution that Biden, Fauci et al refused to abide by, states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

For those lefties who clamor for more federal power (which is most of you) to combat the pandemic, I say take a look at China's COVID policy. People have been locked in their houses, or if testing positive, dragged forcibly from their homes and thrown into quarantine quarters.

Any liberals here willing to take that first step by abiding by and finally supporting our Constitution?

I see the right has kept their hard on for masks, they just hate the fact Fauci was right and their Messiah wrong, in fact, no one could be so wrong so many times on one issue as the right was on Covid, how did that Lysol gargling work out

And forget the Constitution deflection, a large portion of the right’s understanding of the Constitution stems from bumper sticker cliches
