I haven't been back here in some time because the Conservative posters here were living in their own bubble and banning anyone that disagrees with them from any thread. It seems they have only gotten worse.

Truth Detector is still going on and on about how no one will take his bet and then bans people from the thread where he offers that bet after refusing to accept counter bets. Meanwhile Legion is still whining about how liberals are too scared to take the bet. Others here are spreading disinformation about the corona virus protected from being corrected or shown to be stupid because the don't allow any real debate.

I dare any of those mentioned to respond here. :palm:
 
Followers [America's conservatives] are not thinkers. They do not want debate for their self image is weak and reliant on a weak man. Debate scares them for it questions their world and they want simplicity not thought. Conservatives follow and Trump can do no wrong. The Pied Piper story fits Trump's followers, "a person [Trump] who induces others to follow or imitate him or her, especially by means of false or extravagant promises." They are followers and not doers or questioners. It is a comfortable place for them, a leader even a weak leader, gives them solace from a complex world.
