Well I've watched these polls and surveys through multiple elections and the are usually right on or very very close to being accurate.Long way to go. I don't pay that much attention to that stuff now, but I am a little pleased in the direction.

Moving lean democrats to solid democrat and solid GOP to lean GOP really means nothing, particularly when the candidates on the challenger side are far from settled at this point. Only 2 states have had primaries thus far--Illinois and Texas.

There has to be close to 50 special election which seated the winners and all but 4 moved to democrats. It has already begun to happen and if anything it will swing faster to the blue then even now.
Well if "special elections" in mostly state office races is all you got going for you, then I guess anything will quench your thirst, even if it is Kool Aid. The Dems have are only +1 nationally in elections since 2016.
