Unfortunately, situations like what happened to George Floyd are NOT surprising to anyone older than 40. The late, great comedian Richard Pryor did a famous routine from his classic album "That N***er is Crazy", in which he comments on what was going on in the news IN 1974. Sadly, this is so relevant to today that it's not funny. But damned if the routine still gets me to laugh out loud.

I remember when my cop friends were talking about shooting people over and over. It used to be that the cops shot to wound so they could stop someone. Now they empty guns in them. That is because all the living evidence is cops, just cops. They do not have testimony from the swiss cheese human they left behind. It is murder by cop to make opposing testimony disappear.

With body cams, cell phone videos, and ubiquitous security cameras, you show yourself to be a real fcking moron, Norturd, arguing that cops kill people just to get rid of the witness. Why didn't your mom kill you when she had a chance?

That is new. The cops I grew up with was before cell phones. Thanks for the childish insults based on your shit attitude. By the way. That is exactly why they shoot to kill. The old days of warning shots and wounding are gone. In your utter ignorance, has it escaped you that cops rip a person apart with bullets. They empty guns into the perp. Body cams are a new thing, and they turn them off when crime is on their minds.
All those devices have shown cop brutality, not exoneration.
