McConnell is bringing it to the floor for a vote. He must believe he has the votes or he wouldn't. It would be to embarrassing. The bill is perfect. But it is a start. It eleiminates the mandates.

Since Menendez can't vote because he is on trial the democrat party only has 47 votes right now.

I know this will come as a shock to many because the news isn't reporting on his trial
