So at long last, I finally got hit with it - tested positive today

So, I am 50. I have rheumatoid arthritis - so am on lots of medicine to stop my immune system from fighting - hydroxychloroquine, methotrexate, and humira

I do not smoke tobacco. I do use marijuana both for pleasure and for medical reasons. outside of my RA I am healthy - with excellent cardio - I hate running, but like bicycling and most outdoor activities.

I have had 2 of the Pfizer shots - last one 6 months ago

They say I can go get the monoclonal antibodies anytime between day 1 and day 8. With how I feel presently, I will not be doing so.

I got tested because I just came back from a Phish show in Vegas 5 days ago and noticed things were off. It feels more like a routine cold at this point, but I was to visit my daughter in college tomorrow- and just wanted to be safe.

my symptoms begin yesterday - no appetite, slight runny nose and headache. overnight I got the chills, took some ibuprofen, and have pretty much felt fine since.

I had it and I am 63. Never smoked run 3 miles a day 4-5 times a week and try to eat right and in small frequent meals. My doc gave me ivermectin and felt better 2 days later. My smell is still a bit off but overall no other effects.
