CRT in Three Sentences

The basis of Critical Race Theory is the idea that white racism is in the fabric of American society and has been there virtually from the beginning when slave ships first
began arriving. CRT then juxtaposes this idea against the idea that racism is a social construct not a physical one, so the more that black people in their speech and mannerisms
resemble white people the more the barrier of skin color and other physical features falls away.

It's not at all a new theory. The only thing new is that it now has a name and three initials for bigots in their ignorant outrage to scream about.

'Blackness' means NOT being 'White'.
There is a Cultural War in the Black Community to retain it's 'Ethniciticity'.

NOT talking about racism 24 hours a day ... means you are a Racist.

(Oh, in Brazil, being 'One Drop White, Means You Are Not Black')

After reading 'Woke Racism', I've concluded that the 'Black Ethnic Community' is fighting 'Becoming American' tooth and nail.
I compare it to the Irish, Italian, Jewish, (insert ethnic group here) that want their children to 'Marry within the Community'.
And when their children homogenize into 'Americana' and become unique individuals, their 'ethnic families' feel betrayed.

CRT is a study of how the lingering effects of laws and actions after emancipation have made life and possibilities unfair for blacks. Unfair and hampering laws still exist in our institutions and businesses. It is not about assigning blame but facing a real problem that should be addressed. It is only at select colleges. It is not in high schools. The vast majority will not be in the class.

I've never seen so many discussions about the basically obsolete cathode ray tube.
Are we turning on our flat screens all of a sudden?

Next thing we know, the feminists will be chirping about Earned Run Averages again.

Yeah, you know, merit-based stuff.

CRT is Cathode Ray Tube.

It is an outdated technology.

Now we have LCD flatscreens.

:dunno:

I'm an alien, you know that. Remember, the black cats are watching and monitoring you.

I haven't had a black cat since I was 9, he was cool AF, though. Tumor on the head and all.

He really was cool.

Aw fuck! I forgot about Midnight the fluffy black cat in my teens.

She was really cool, yeah my Grandma got rid of Midnight.

My grandma probably sent her to the county cat Auschwitz.

That cat followed me for like 8 blocks home when she was a kitten, and I cared for her from the time I was 10 until about 13..

Then she had a litter of 9 kittens and just disappeared. :(

I raised her brother and all her siblings, too. Like 5 followed me home in a line that night, all kittens.

I took care of them and gave all away but her. Good cats.

My grandma did not see it that way. I say that Midnight was really a good cat and she should not have done that. That does not change what happened.

The years I had with Midnight were happy. :dunno:

She was my cat from the night I brought her home.

What I have today? Pfffft! That's some wild cat I've been feeding for 20 years.

Bitch ran away from me this very afternoon.

Midnight would come to me and ask to be held.
