Cut Funding For New Operations?

The more intriguing notion is that they might just cut off funding for Guantanamo Bay, forcing its closure. Murtha's talking about that, among others.
 
NOOO! Gitmo is all that is keeping that maniac Castro in his place. And now he is buddies with the evil Chavez as well.....
 
Casto is dying, Gitmo has nothing to do with keeping him in his plance. Silly US still without a clue!!!! LOL

What would cutting off funding for a military base do? Would Murtha support letting everone held there go into his state?
 
umm tobes Gitmo is on Cuba, I would think it does have a bit of influence to have an enemy military base in your backyard....
