When President TRUMP issued Executive Order 14160 (on 20th Jan 2025) the brain-dead America Left threw a major histrionic, hissy-fit. This Executive Order was aimed at ending America'd "both-right citizenship"law ( which is based on the 14th Amendment to the Constitution).
"Birthright Citizenship" is a legal right in America. It amounts to this: ANY BABY BORN IN THE USA (i.e. American soil/territory) AUTOMATICALLY becomes a US CITIZEN. FULL STOP.
Let's suppose an Arab muslim from Iran (let's call him, "Allah u Snack-Bar") successfully applies for a Tourist Visa from the US Embassy in Tehran. He then flies off to America and lands in California at LAX. He has heard that California is famous for its many it HOT Blonde girls and he wants to get some action. Two days after he arrived in America, "Allah" was still in LA - and strolling along "Sunset Strip" with his eyes peeled for any "stray cats" (i.e. unaccompanied sexy CHIX that looked like "goers." ( Before he left Tehran, the IMAM at Allah's Central Mosque - Hajib al Flange - had told Allah that "Sunset Strip" had "plenty-plenty" of very tasty, white American PUSSY on offer- all "ripe for the plucking" !!

If TRUMP thinks he can ride roughshod over the 14th Amendment (which was ratified in 1868) he's sadly mistaken !!
In April of this year I discovered an amicus brief written by Dr John Eastman - a legal scholar - for the attention of the SCOTUS. Eastman's amicus brief was basically legal argument in support of Trump's "Birthright Citizenship EO 41460. The idea of amicus briefs is that may be able to assist a Court (in this instance, the SCOTUS) with its deliberations in a case that it is- or will be- hearing. When I read Eastman's amicus brief I was blown away. It was quite a long read, but it wasn't written in heavy legal jargon, so I could understand all of the arguments he was making (if you can read a Stephen King novel, then you could read and understand this amicus brief ) Everyone knows that America's "Birthright Citizenship" law is F**KING CRAZY. The problem is that when it comes to "nailing down" the legal reasons, in the case of the 14th Amendment, that not quite so easy as it sounds.- you need to hammer home every single possible point of fact that that could be used against you. In short your argument has to be 100% WATERTIGHT - your reasoning has to be as TIGHT AS A FISH'S ASS-HOLE.
When I finished reading Eastman's amicus brief, I immediately knew that TRUMP would win this case in the SCOTUS There are 6 conservative Justices on the bench of the SCOTUS. Conservative individual are people who have "common sense" and are REASONABLE. Because Eastman's argument is purely rational and logical, no conservative justice could possibly fail to endorse it.It is only DIVERSITY-HIRE dead-heads, like, Ketanji Jackson - who gained her place on the bench of the SCOTUS solely by ticking the "VAGINA" box and the "BLACK/ WOKE" box, etc, - who are totally bereft of any "common sense." Ketanjiu Jackson, for instance, os fucking STUPID she cannot define the term, "WOMAN" (FFS: I mean, all you have to do is say: "Well now.... a woman has a pair of titties, a "snaggler" and goes "on the blob" once a month, AND A MAN DOESN'T). Anyway, there are THREE liberal SCOTUS Justices currently on the SCOTUS all of them, incidently are a waste of space: the incompetent buffoon ( Ketanji Jackson), a hypocrite and liar ( Elena Jackson) who lacks moral character and a feeble-minded banana (like Sonia Sotomayor.
So I knew, for a fact, in April of this year that the SCOTUS would totally back TRUMP on his "Birthright Citizenship EO (14160).
