I am having recurring problems signing in.

I cant seem to log in as evince today.

It also keeps making me log in even when I select the remember me option.

Oh wow , It made me log in as desh and refused to accept my evince log in. Then it called up the evince account.

Weird.

Log out entirely, clear the cookies then log back in as evince. It should make a whole new cookie.

It appears you have conflicting cookie information causing you some issues.
