I trained there when I worked for Compuserve, long ago.

It is like pretty much any downtown business district. There are close by food kiosks, etc. It borders on the 16th Street Mall, an open air mall on a street that people are not allowed to drive on, where you can get pretty much anything except groceries.

There is a Shin Buddhist Temple nearby on Lawrence Street...

Good central place.

We got it under contract yesterday. We love the location but are concerned with its age and the cost associated with the upkeep.

The location itself should more than compensate for that.
