Dan Kelly's Wisconsin Supreme Court concession speech: From 'whining' to 'full-on

We fight, We win
Less than an hour after the polls closed Tuesday, Dan Kelly stepped to the microphone and conceded the race for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice in a speech that stunned observers in both political parties across the country.

He called Justice-elect Janet Protasiewicz a "serial liar" and her campaign "beneath contempt," and he wished Wisconsin the best of luck "because I think it's going to need it."

Kelly did not call to congratulate Protasiewicz, according to sources with both campaigns.

Former Republican National Convention Chair Michael Steele ripped the speech on Twitter saying Kelly, who lost by double digits and for the second time, was in no position to lash out.

"When you behave the way he did, and you are so ungracious, it's a reflection of your character," 620WTMJ radio host John Mecure said. Conservative host Steve Scaffidi retweeted Mecure's comments on Twitter.

Former Milwaukee conservative talk radio host Charlie Skyes tweeted sarcastically, "Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Dan Kelly keeping it classy."

Well, when you have supporters of you opponent openly buying votes for $250 a crack, that probably would put you in a bad mood...

Liberal Group Running Massive Election Bribery Scheme in Supreme Court Race
Feb 28, 2023

It starts with a text from a random number and an offer that sounds too good to be true.

“Hi! It’s Wisconsin Takes Action,” the mysterious texter begins. We are helping to elect a progressive majority to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. We are offering an opportunity for you to earn $250-plus by talking to your friends and family about voting.”

It’s not nearly that simple and in fact amounts to Election Bribery, a felony in Wisconsin punishable by a maximum sentence of more than three years in prison.

The texts have been sent to thousands of Wisconsinites, many of whom have jumped at the chance to, in the words of one Wisconsin Takes Action organizer, “not only get paid…but also to influence a really important election.”

Those who respond to the text expressing interest in the offer are given instructions to log in to a live training session on Zoom in which organizers explain how the program works. A video recording of one such training session the day after the Supreme Court primary reveals that people aren’t just talking to their friends and family about voting, but rather adding their names and contact information to Wisconsin Takes Action’s database and then repeatedly contacting them to ensure that they vote for liberal candidate Janet Protasiewicz.

MADISON, Wis. (Legal Newsline) - The race between two candidates for a crucial vacancy on the Wisconsin Supreme Court has been tainted with bribery, according to a state lawmaker.

“The willingness of these groups to win by any means necessary should disgust Republicans, Democrats, independents, and all voters of Wisconsin,” said Rep. Janel Brandtjen, in a press release published on Wispolitics.com.

I've never understood elected judges.
We've never had them here.
I've never voted for a judge in my life.

Of course. Since #TRE45ON opened the door to boorish, childish, snowflake behavior -- all these loser clowns have jumped on the Sour Grapes bandwagon. They're so stupid that they don't realize that the only person whose reputation they've hurt is their own.

Find that person. Prosecute them.

Same as the person who told people they could vote by text.

So you proved they were not buying votes, not that they did it. That figures. They paid people who believed to send positive messages about Protezevichand you called it buying votes.

They were buying votes. It's that simple. They just used a roundabout method to do it trying to circumvent the law. That makes it doubly egregious.

You are that simple. it was clearly and unquestionably not buying votes for 250 bucks. Are you admitting you cannot tell the difference between paying people to talk to family and friends about voting is the same thing? You again, explained your posting.
