The original Danno of Hawaii Five-O died today. I was unaware that he was the son of acting legend Helen Hayes.

In related news the actress who played the ditsy blonde friend of Debra Winger in "An Officer and a Gentleman" also died today. Lisa Blount was 53 and it's believed she died of something akin to MS.

The OG Danno, imho, he made the original show more than Jack Lord. RIP Danno. I always liked the guy. Last remaining cast member too. They had a part written up for him on the new one too, and he was looking forward to doing it. He died pretty suddenly though I guess.
