Dear Dantes
Lots has been said about freedom of speech over the years. And it has been standard fare to claim "you can't shout fire in a crowded theater". Much has been made over Citizens United with regards to corporations being able to spend money on elections and that money isn't speech.
So I ask you, should Congress be allowed to limit the amount of money a newspaper can spend? Would that be considered a violation of freedom of speech?
In short is money speech? If no. Why?
