Obesity is not just a growing health problem among humans, it seems.

Half of dogs and cats in the UK are now overweight, according to the RSPCA.

How do the RSPCA know that half are obese?

When i had a dog they never came round to weigh him. I think that labelling these big-boned cats and dogs as fatties will only serve to damage their self esteem and probably lead to comfort eating.

To be honest i don't care about the cats as we have already established they are evil, but won't someone please think of the puppies?
