The only thing that has kept Donald Trump out of prison and the poorhouse is his title- PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
On January 20th, Donald Trump will officially loose his safe haven of Executive Power, that he has abused in every possible way that can even be imagined by anyone- including every legal scholar and political historian living today.
Beyond the inauguration, Donald Trump will become naked to the world, as he will be facing charges of Tax Fraud/Tax Evasion, millions of dollars in legal fees already, and the 22 or so Sexual Misconduct lawsuits that have sat on the shelf since he has been in office, but couldn't be tried while he was president, and the 100's of millions of dollars of debt he owes to various 3rd world lenders around the world- all coming due upon his leaving office.
Trump will leave office owing over $850,000 in unpaid Campaign Expenses. The Texas city of El Paso said this week that they will be hiring outside legal counsel as part of their fight to obtain more than $500,000 from Trump's team to cover the security and other costs from a rally held there in February 2019. And the lawsuits will start pouring in from many other cities that he owes that we don't even know about yet.
The outstanding debt includes $470,000 in additional services provided by the local police and fire departments, as well as an additional $99,000 in late fees.
The White House categorizes trips as official or unofficial. Political trips are considered unofficial. Things like food, lodging and the price of a commercial ticket are on the president.
His people are responsible for reimbursing the government, and campaign-related expenses must be reported and filed with the Federal Election Commission. And there is no telling right now how many millions of dollars he owes the government for his lavish spending during the 2020 campaign.
Every one of his Golf Resorts and Casinos around the world are now in red ink, partly due to the Pandemic- Partly because of his negative reputation of serving as president- Partly because of his losing the election- and partly due to mismanagement and just all-around bad or risky investment. His Trump brand that has served him so well since running for president has since lost it's appeal, and the TRUMP letters on towers around the world are being removed as we speak. Brands are great when one is seen as the world's Biggest Winner- not at all when you become the world's LARGEST LOSER.

Personally, I believe Donald Trump, who loves the courtroom so much, is now heading to Bankrupt and Divorce court amid all his other legal challenges.
