Police: Drug deal takes wrong turn


Salem, New Hampshire – A local teen who turned to authorities after a drug deal went sour at the Mall at Rockingham Park over the weekend faces criminal charges, according to police.

Authorities said Samantha Medina, 17, of Salem informed mall security officers and then a police officer that two fast-food restaurant employees had refused to pay her for the roughly $40 bag of marijuana she sold them at about 10 p.m. on Saturday. Medina told authorities the D'Angelo employees took the small bag of marijuana and then slammed the door without paying.

According to police, the officer recovered a small bag of marijuana and took all three into custody after further investigation.

Vincent Brown, 17, of Salem and Danielle Fiore, 21, of Kittery, Maine, were charged with possession of a controlled drug. Police charged Medina with the sale of a controlled drug. All three were released, pending arraignment in Salem District Court.

yet another reason to legalize it....the contacts are void as a matter of law and this causes vigilante behavior or in this case....reporting a crime and getting charged yourself....

unfortunately for the dumb fake blonde....selling carries a greater punishment than stealing or attempted marijuana purchase
