TRUMP-ALLIED LAWYERS TARGET UC'S HIDDEN RACIAL PREFERENCES

Students Against Racial Discrimination have filed a federal suit claiming UC illegally uses race in admissions, despite a 1996 state ban.

Lead attorney Jonathan Mitchell, who defended 34 x felon Trump's Colorado ballot case, seeks and injunction amid the broader DEI crackdown.

The UCLA study cited shows 2,000+ admissions affected by alleged preferences over 5 years.

UC denies the claims, stating race data is being collected "only for statistical purposes."
