Massa gives $40k to his aide prior to departing in complete shame for molesting his staff. Supposedly it was for managing his re-election campaign (probably for lining up new male staffers to molest), though no contract can be produced nor can anyone tell us when the alleged contract was signed.
disclaimer: I really don't care about the $40k or whether there was a contract. Just wanted to highlight the toe tapping, ball grabbing, staff molesting, teabagee wannabe's shame once again.
