There's no such thing as "systemic racism". That's just another pop culture bullshit word used by blacks and white virtue signalers.
Blacks are actually more racist than whites and as such, many of them go out of their way to keep trying to prove they are nothing like us, meaning not part of the system, to the point that they reject everything people within the system aspire to.
How can the system be racist against people who largely refuse to even try to become part of it.
People, including black people, who put forth a real effort to be part of the system are welcomed and embraced by it and society.
Living like criminals and thugs in the hood is a rejection of the system and when those blacks run afoul of it, you cannot call it systemic racism.
It is nothing more than the system enforcing its own rules and mores and protecting itself from those who want abuse it.
Nothing difficult to understand about that.
