APP - Did Shifty Schiff suborn perjury?

I've always assumed that only the people out of office would be vulnerable to prosecution (aside from a handful of leakers here and there), and that a guy like Scihifft would be able to hide behind his Congressional seat. Adam seems to want to test my assumptions by constantly digging the hole deeper.
