Jay Clayton, tRump's pick to head the SDNY prosecutor's office is the SEC head who has NO prosecutorial experience whatsoever. He does have considerable experience defending Wall Street firms and Deutsche Bank as well. Nothing like "draining the swamp".....

This could be a big test. If the Senate does not allow him to take over the SDNY, he will be in trouble. The Red senators know Trump is badly wounded after yesterday. They do not have to take another knee. Trump cannot help them in their elections. He is losing bigly.
