The president is experiencing a bout of insubordination from his top officials the likes of which we haven’t witnessed in the modern era. It’s not unusual to have powerful officials at war among themselves, or in the presidential doghouse. It’s downright bizarre to have them publicly undercut the president without fear of consequence.

The new measure of power in Washington is how far you can go criticizing the president at whose pleasure you serve. The hangers-on and junior players must do it furtively and anonymously. Only a principal like Gary Cohn, Rex Tillerson, or James Mattis can do it out in the open and get away with it.

Team Tillerson, FTW!

Trump is an emotionally immature, blustering chump.

Kelly, Mattis, McMaster, and probably Tillerson are Trump's intellectual superiors, and are superior to him in terms of gravitas, intellectual and emotional maturity, and leadership capabilities.

Of course these men, either furtively or out in plain daylight, are going to place limits on the amount of bullshit and buffoonery they let Trump get away with. That's just how it is in real life. I am sure most of us experience this in real life - men who are inferior intellectually and emotionally, and just plain incompetent professionally, are regarded with abject contempt and disrespect.

No one takes the orange tweeter seriously ...

NO ONE!

TRIGGERED!!

:rofl2:

Ironic in that NO ONE takes your moronic screed seriously BuckTard. Hell, you're too big of a moron to be embarrassed about your history of stupid failed predictions. But then, if you had a brain, you wouldn't be the lying, ignorant and repugnant liberal that you are.

The Moron of JPP ... Your title remains safe TD.

ANYONE trying to drain this swamp will experience such criticism. The massive bureaucracy in DC is an enemy of the people and will do/say ANYTHING to maintain their power. When you see resignations and criticisms, think of it as Trump getting the job we sent him to Washington to do, done.

So, he appointed swampfolk to the swamp?
