Backfire on them how exactly? They have no exposure because what Lindell said is demonstrably false. The worst thing that can happen to them is that they are not granted relief.

OTOH, he'll probably give Mike advice "Just go bankrupt and start over. Leave them stuck with the bill. I've done it lots of times!"

Doubtful. Both Dominion and Smartmatic have ample evidence to win their cases.

My guess is there will be a lot of noise then Mike will fold up like a house of cards. The Fox case is a lot more interesting to me than this Lindell asshole.

The bottom line is that I think Dominion and Smartmatic will walk away happy and Fox will be subdued. Mike Lindell will probably end up hanging in his closet next to one of his suits.

you're probably right....just on the innate corruption of the system....

the solution to our fallen state will come supernaturally, as that is the nature of it's origin. corrupt saturnalian blackcube dweebs won't help.

Hanlon's Razor applies more than "innate corruption of the system".

FWIW, just being human corrupts the system. Kinda hard to eliminate that particular flaw. A system of checks and balances is the best we can do as a society.

Everything is ruled by natural law. No magic required. ;)
