They didn't need money, food or water, they wanted paper-towels & perhaps a trophy dedicated to them-food & water is so over-rated..

Well, paper's cheap and since PR already "threw our budget a little out of whack.." That effing ignoramus has no empathy or understanding of peoples' pain. Disgusting is too mild a word.
 
I was imagining a scene from like Naked Gun 44 3/5 the Hurricane with Trump on a boat tearing off single sheets of paper towels and then tossing them towards the serfs who are begging for food. Instead I see some guy distributing groceries.

Maybe that wonderful (and by wonderful I mean horrible) mayor would show up to a FEMA meeting to find out how she can help to get stuff to people if that hurricane had gotten there in 2016. Maybe the left could actually do something useful instead of throwing verbal hand grenades. Tell me what have you personally done for the people in Puerto Rico?
