Trump is not eliminating fraud. He is as corrupt as you can get. He is attacking anyone who he thinks does not support him and his schemes. He thinks the workers he is gutting are Dems. Many government employees are ex-military. When you apply and are a vet, you get breaks. Trump does not need them anymore.
