Vance and his wife have been living separate lives for 7 years now, but getting divorced would have political ramifications. Vance's wife has given up a very lucrative profession to support Vance's politics, so I assume they will be like the trumps and stay married, but mostly separated.

Why do you think the Vances will get divorced?

It's more likely to be like John and Teresa Kerry.

The Vances will have phone sex regularly though...

They are still married after 30 years. Kerry was 51 when he married his current wife. They had no children together(she was 56 years old when they got married). And Kerry has been out of elected politics for 20 years. If they wanted to get divorced, there is nothing stopping them.

Vance is only 40 years old. He will be spending the next few decades in elected politics, or at least plans to. He has three children with his wife.

I really do not see much overlap.

No article, so I do not know why you would say that. Harris has two step children, who are in their 20's. They hardly need a nanny.

Meanwhile, Vance has three young children. His wife worked long hours as a lawyer, so they have had many nannies. I have no idea what the legal status of those nannies have been.

And do not forget that the Vances have spent most of the married lives living very far from each other. Vance was not there to help raise his children.

I posted two articles... Step children are children.. You said she didn't have any children... I'm thrilled that you're so interested in the lives of our new vice president and his beautiful family... that's really nice...please Do tell me more about their lives...;)
