I have enjoyed Drudge Report for at least 15 years, but it seems that the site is going downhill. I suspect Matt Drudge has gotten rich off the site, and now he doesn't care about it anymore. Anyway, I use The Liberty Daily, https://thelibertydaily.com/ for what I once used Drudge Report for. I still surf Drudge since I am a news junkie who consumes media from any and all sources from left or right, but I don't frequent Drudge more than once a day anymore. I used to check in to Drudge every couple hours.

Drudge has become a bit of a joke in my opinion, but that does not stop me from visiting the site and gathering information. Those who avoid media sources that do not align with their bias are imposing ignorance upon themselves. Nerdburg, we simply cannot know what the actual truth is anymore, so the best we can do is to triangulate the "most likely" truth from as many different sources as we can find, including those hosted by our political opponents. There is no requirement for anybody to do this, but it is essential to being well informed. Your post suggests that you avoid Drudge because it is not lefty media, in which case you have self imposed ignorance syndrome.

Anymore I use GatewayPundit and Breitbart. I also use the app 63red News

It is annoying that they have so much advertising. If you want to be better informed, you should cut back on right wing sites. Truth is not what they are selling. If you would like to be better informed, expand your media menu beyond what satisfies your confirmation bias. Don't trust ANY media, but read, watch, or listen to anything you can. If you only consume media that tells you what you want to hear, they will own you. You will also suffer from self imposed ignorance. Basically, you will be a lefty.
