With its ties to nearby sportswear giant Nike, Oregon has a reputation for wearing a variety of modern uniforms and combining elements to create a new look virtually every week.
Though the experts praised much of the set, Oregon's yellow tops with the signature "duck wings" on the shoulders stood out.
As with Maryland, a couple of the panelists seemed confused—Hollywood costume designer Daniel Orlandi said the yellow in particular looked "juvenile"—but most panelists seemed to appreciate the space-age design.
"I love the creativity. This is something from the future," Vanover said. "There should be an element of fun mixed into the uniforms."
