Due Process? Where?

Charles, (Chuck) Schumer is preaching the leftist gospel. Charlie claims that the Judge Kavanaugh issue being conducted in the United States Senate isn’t a “criminal trial in a court of law.” He’s right about the second half of that the U.S. Senate is far from a court of law, but the 3 ring circus going on in the chambers sure as hell is a “CRIMINAL” trial. Judge is being accused of a crime according to Maryland law and a crime without a statute of limitations. Of course Schumer’s definition of the Senate circus is just another wool blanket Democrats want to pull over the public’s eyes and that’s the denial of Judge Kavanaugh’s right to due process & his right to face his accuser.

The Senate’s circus has nothing to do with American rule of law individual rights and principles of justice. It has everything to do with payback for the Republican’s ignoring conformation hearings for Obama’s court pick Judge Garland. Everything to do with abortion and Roe v Wade. Everything to do with politics, political power and over-the-top hatred for the 45th President. Democrats couldn’t care less about women’s rights, due process or the lifetime scars they put on anybody that opposes and disagrees with them. They have no limits of shame to how far they’ll go to achieve their political agenda.

Attempted rape in Maryland has no statute of limitations?

Guess you sorry fucks should have given Garland due process, huh? Like the Bible, bitch? What does it say about reaping what you sow?

Maybe if you watched Fox News, (the real news), you'd have known that Maryland has no statute of limitations on sexual crimes. CNN and MSNBC doesn't want you to know that because it's ooooooh so rational to opine that your Democrats could just take Dr. Ford to Maryland while she's on the east coast and there file a criminal charge against the Judge. Of course no prosecutor in his/her right mind would attempt a prosecution of the Judge because Dr. Ford is the only "WITNESS" and we're talking 37 years ago here.

Actually, I've proven to you several times that Judge Garland got all due process in accordance with the Senate rules. Judge Garland was never accused of a sexual crime without a dime's worth of evidence, he was simply ignored by Senate Republicans pending the 2016 election. Had Hillary Clinton won that election Garland would have had his days of conformation hearings depending on Hillary Clinton. However as Obama noted, "Elections have consequences."

You can relax, pally boy, your boy isn't going to be charged with any criminal offense. The burden of proof is too high t prove.

I know, Garland wasn't given due process because of an upcoming election. Guess what's upcoming, pally boy?

I guess you're not a fan of the Bible, after all.

There is no case here. No sworn affidavit. No police report. Claims that are 35 years late. No witnesses to corroborate the claim. Accuser can't remember where, the day or even the year.

Yeah dumbfuck, there's nothing to investigate and the stature of limitations don't matter here.

They are investigating an accusation, no one is being put on trial, no charges have been filed, the Senate is merely fulfilling its' duties of weighing evidence relevant to the character of a Supreme Court nominee. If they thought it was a witch hunt, why did the GOP Senate, which has enough votes to "ram" Bret's nomination thru, even agree to hear Ford's accusation?

The rule is that people who ever gave a shred of credibility to PizzaGate, and supported two decades of relentless and politically-motivated investigations into Bill and Hillary Clinton are never, ever, under any circumstances, allowed to concern troll about due process.

Pay attention asshat; I was responding to a statement about statutes of limitation. You don't have to prove you're an idiot every damn day snowflake.

More weak sauce arguments; but then, when it comes to weak arguments and pathological lying, you have few peers.

No you weren't, you were exchanging to the "due process, where" theme of the thread attempting to show why there is "is nothing to investigate here," "there is no case." I just clearly showed you that this isn't a case, rather the Senate doing what it is suppose to do

Notice you didn't address my question, not that I'm surprised, when one as yourself runs dry of the personal crapola there ain't much left to offer

they are avoiding investigating. All that needs is to wait 3 days for an FBI investigation. Then have something to base their position on. This is more of a coverup than a hearing. Allow all accusers to face the Republican senators...oh wait, their female spokesman. The Senators are hiding.

This is a ram through. But the Repubs have determined the least amount they can get away with to not have election consequences in November. The reds have set a day after the hearing for the vote. That is not a ram through?

I really don't care much about what he did in college and highschool, but his need to lie aboiut it is disconcerting. He must think it is bad, very bad.

The Repubs, in a fit of generosity, are allowing each senator a 5 min. question time, no second rounds and no fleshing out answers. That is an assembly line hearing. They brought in a female prosecutor from Arizona to wipe their fingerprints off the hearing and his selection.
My problem with Kavanaugh is his endless decisions backing corporations over workers, his pro birth stance and his belief in the imperial presidency. Trump also believes the president is above the law, at least when he is in office.
