Dystopian literature - My top five picks - part deux

Dune - Frank Herbert
A Canticle for Leibowitz - Walter M. Miller Jr
Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep - Philip K. Dick
Lord of the Flies - William Golding
Frankenstein- Mary Shelley

How in the world did I forget DUNE and Lord of the Flies.

I think it's because there are so many of them, that they're hard to separate.

Honestly saying, I like dystopian literature. My favourite one so far is Cormac McCarthy's book called The Road. Great, short, powewrful novel. When I don't conduct a research on gpalabs reviews I try to use every spare minute to read. Swan Song by Robert McCammon I also found okay, but it's a bit overextended. Some people say "Metro 2033" is also good, but I don't know if there is an english translation.
