So jb and his parents are going to buy me a Yorkie puppy. We've been checking local pet shops and stores and the only one available is $1100 at a pet shop in Ormond owned by some crazy lady.

Craigs list has no pets (?), so I googled and found an ad on "Backdoor.com" (lol) and called the lady. Here's the email I got back.

Thanks for the mail in regards to my Yorkshire terrier puppies which i am giving out for adoption to any loving and caring home. i still have 2 left, both puppies left are ready to go to any pet loving home. My angels are called Kiki (male) and Tina (female) They are little babies every heart of any family will desire.Thy,ll come along with health documents like. AKC registration papers, champion bloodlines,travel crates with toys and a year guarantee including a hand book on how to raise puppies.Tina and Kiki are 11 weeks old.Their weigh, Tina 2.9lbs and Kiki 2.7lb and will pursue to weigh 4.2ibs w hen full grown.

(Kiki) the male, is a gorgeous pet,loves playing on the lawns,will always eat all his food,he hates being ignored by Tina the (female).Kiki has a fine move, entertains our visitors and is indeed a boo

(Tina) the female,is a proud lady,hates dirty areas,she will always seat on her masters laps especially during movies. Tina hates being called other names and she likes eating on the dinning ,however she is very careful.

we are a loving and devoted christian family presently in Lake Worth, Florida on a 8 months assignment. I am here in Lake Worth with the puppies. I have little or no time to spend with them and besides my new home policies is not in agreement in housing pets which is the more reason i am giving them out these angels for adoption. You should understand that i am giving them for adoption because all i expect from you is that you promise and assure me that you are going to take proper care of them and have them spoil,t.We thought selling them will seem as though we are giving our own born children for sale so we need to re home them to perfect homes. If you think you can take great care of the puppies then feel free to come immediately and present yourself and pick them up but if you cannot come over the adoption cost,shipping and change of ownership papers to your location will cost you $300 per puppy and $600 if you have to get them both to be transported over to you. I can help you arrange for a shipping service to your location if you cannot make it up here to pick them up. I will be happy if you will give my lovely babies a nice and forever home..however,i will like you answer questions below if provided you love this angels and can spoil them with lots of love and attention.


Have you ever had a puppy before......?
Do you promise to take proper care of the puppies............?
Can you promise to send us pictures so i see how these angels are
doing.........?
What is your exact location?.................?
Do you think you can provide a good home for my puppy?
Do you have kids or any other pets at home these angels can have company
with?

After c/p'ing some of the lopsided English in the email into google, it seems as if the Nigerians have a new scam.

Really? A puppy scam?

I just buy Shepherd puppies from the breeder down the road. I know him, his dogs are excellent, and they don't cost $1,100 dollars. I mean, Jebus! If I pay that much the dog better be trained in first aid and able to push meds if necessary.

I didn't even notice. I think my phone did that to me. The other day I was typing something and the phone put in another word that was far more damning than that.

I apologize to all Nigerian Negroes, however.
 
We had a Nigerian who listed what he said was his home on Craigslist and was asking $900.00 per month on what normally would be around $1200.00 to $1400.00 rent. Said he was on a 5 year mission for his church, and that he had the keys, ready to send to me, after I sent him an $800.00 deposit. I told him we had to see inside before we made any decisions.... never heard from him after that.

I have a 6 bdrm, 4 bth, home; that sits on 1 1/2 acres. It comes with a maid, a gardner, and a cook.
I'll rent it out for $1000 @ month, with a $1000 security deposit.

You can send me the money by a cashiers check or a money order. :D
