Richard Piotrowski, who served as Judge of Elections said he is extremely troubled over the unfair ballot requirements that were imposed this year on state-wide candidates in the Commonwealth. "The final straw was the nearly $90,000 legal bill that the court has ordered Carl Romanelli to pay the Democratic Party for knocking him off of the ballot."

This has got to stop, by both Democrats and Republicans...we need an easier access to a third and fourth party... and both parties in power want to keep us from these alternative parties, so they can protect their own incumbancies... and this is utter bullcrud....the more parties, the merrier, as far as I am concerned!
