I paid $2 per gallon yesterday... Definitely less than during the election cycle.
Of course, with the cold snap going on, and the larger usage of heating oil the supply is less the price goes up... So I'll expect to be paying some more in a bit. I've pointed it out before, but heck people desperately want to believe it is because of elections it happens...
The changeover to a larger percentage of heating oil costs and raises prices temporarily in the beginning of fall, as the change filters through and supplies resettle, about a month to a month and a half into fall the prices settle to more normal pricing... *shock* It happens every election cycle, it must be *evil* Republicans!
