uh...you didn't answer my question, you IGNORED my question and deflected onto an entirely different subject because you realize your position is indefensible. and you are a sick freak, you once called me a sick FUCK for something far less, yet now, you get all pissy because you get called out for minimizing her sexual torture for MONTHS. how in the world can you sit there and claim her psychological injuries are NOT at issue here? that is sick in the head. and it is simply not true. in determining the length of the sentence, where there is discretion to do so, the factors are NOT how well the victim has been able to overcome (at least on the face) her trauma at the hands of the criminal, RATHER, the trauma she suffered at the hands of the criminal. the lawyer is either lying or is a shitty lawyer. and you defend him. thus, you are in his camp.
