Unless the video is unadmissable as evidence. I'm not a lawyer, but it strikes me as one of those areas where the video may be thrown out.
 
Meh the video itself is perfect anyway.

I don't really think the robber has a good chance, but it's funny. USF, by his naturally vicious nature, misses the point.

They have evidence that he ate a piece of paper. They don't have evidence that that piece of paper was the holdup note.

Anyway, I imagine they have other pieces of evidence to turn to.
