Maher stopped calling himself a libertarian because right wing libertarians constantly demanded he was not one. Obviously, he is not 100-100 on a Nolan Chart but he is no pretender like Beck who is just exploiting the label.

Maher has criticized Obama and Democrats far more often than Rush or Beck criticized Bush and the Republicans when they were in power.

The US does have a lower income tax rate since it affects the poor more, as it should be. We also have a lower effective tax rate, one favorable to the rich. Which needs to change.

and he's criticizing them from the left. which is what I said. mott you can be really dumb sometimes. subject doesn't have anything to do with the position of where he is criticizing them from.

What about when you add in property and sales taxes, FISA and employee contributions to health care etc?
