Executive orders don't have the force of law, and can be overturned at anytime by the whim of any future president.

Biden made it a law of the land - for all time, and no future president can ignore it or reverse it at anytime on a whim.

Uh dude.....the point is, the same Congress that just passed this was the Congress that refused to do it......that the Biden and Congress that are taking applause from the lib'ruls now are the ones who didn't pass it and reversed it slightly over a year ago.......on a whim.......the lib'ruls cheering now are mindless partisan twits......

I accept your tacit confession that an executive order does not have the force of law, and can be reversed at anytime on the whim of any current or future president.

Biden's landmark achievement was that he made this the law of the land for all time, and no future president can overturn it on a whim.

and the Demmycrats voted against health care changes consistently from 2016 to 2019......the unavoidable reality is that Trump passed this by executive order and that Biden's "landmark achievement" is that he passed a law that he overturned on a whim the first day he took office.......
