Everyone should know about this.

Sounds like magic, but everything I've read seems to indicate that it really works. If you don't need it, you probably know someone who does. Spread the word.

Just more quackery masquerading as science.

Seriously? The first link was a single case that was probably the result of malpractice. Not the treatment itself. The treatment DOES work. Here is a link to a clinical trial.

Also, the first patient to receive this treatment was a woman who had recently given birth and was dying from toxic shock syndrome, or some other blood malady. I can't remember what it was. All I know is that it was some kind of infection. Without this treatment she would have died. That is a certainty, since this was before antibiotics. She made a full recovery and went on to have several more children. I have to ask myself why you are trying to discredit this procedure when you don't know the first thing about it. There are countless case studies as far back as the 1930's. Clinical trials are also confirming the beneficial effects. It has even knocked out the flu virus, as well as treating many types of blood-borne pathogens. The procedure is completely safe, with few side effects reported. And it works. It has even cured cancers that were resistant to traditional treatments. So if a cancer patient wants to trust their lives to treatments that try to kill them while trying to cure them, they can go right ahead. Chemo, anyone?
