Exxon says it’s well-positioned to handle impact of tariffs, as it grows production by 20% Oil major doesn’t see a material impact to its development

Looking forward to it.

By then, much of the damage done by the vegetable wil have been cleared.

Four Democratic Senators retiring, more will be leaving.

By "damage done," do you mean a record-breaking stock market, a 20-year war ended, 16 million jobs added, inflation decreasing and wages increasing, and a general economic situation that was much better than where we are just 3+ months into the disaster that is the Trump admin?

Gas in many states now at $1.98/gal.
Anyone who is an adult knows that is untrue. We go and buy gasoline at some place just above $3, and know that it is not $1.98 anywhere in the country. Maybe if is $2.98 somewhere, but not $1.98.

I know why trump does not know this. trump is both out of touch with reality, and willing to say any lie imaginable to defend his disaster.

Why doesn't Lionfish know this? Does Lionfish live in the USA? Does he buy gasoline?

"I would also tell you that I think there is a sensitivity by the Trump administration and other governments around the world to to not severely impact the energy sector and the products that we produce."

In its first-quarter results, Exxon reported that production increased 20% to 4.55 million oil-equivalent barrels a day, with a boost of 767,000 barrels attributed largely to the company's $60 billion acquisition of Pioneer Natural Resources, which closed in May 2024.
