Why do they have to sue to get the name of the cop who killed their unarmed daughter.? Why is the media censoring this story?. When a white cop kills an unarmed black the cop is instantly ID'd. But here it was a black cop who killed an unarmed white and the press tells us nothing.

june 9 2021 The family of Capitol rioter Ashli Babbitt is suing to force Washington, D.C., to hand over records revealing the identity of the police officer who fatally shot her during the Jan. 6 invasion.

The family is also demanding access to video footage of the shooting, witness statements and documents gathered during the Metropolitan Police Department’s investigation of the incident, according to the lawsuit.

The litigation is separate from a forthcoming lawsuit in which Babbitt’s family plans to demand “well above $10 million” from the U.S. Capitol Police, a lawyer for the family told CNBC.

The civil suit, filed last week in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, comes more than a month after the Department of Justice announced it would not pursue criminal charges against the Capitol police officer who fatally shot Babbitt.

There's a lot more...such as it was her left foot as opposed to her right foot which she was violently using to unlawfully climb thru a broken glass window in order to attack members of Congress and law enforcement. DUH!

Absolutely nothing to get shot and killed for. And that is not me "thinking", that is hard fact. That woman was murdered and democrats are doing their damnedest to not let the truth come out.

By that logic, someone who tries to break in someone home through broken window gets shot, it's murder. And let's not forget she was wearing a big backpack.

Yes. I am leaning towards it was not a Capitol LEO at all. There was no warning to Ashli before the shooter fired. There were other Capitol policeman right behind her. It would not surprise me at all if it was a democrat congressman.
