President Trump is probably a happy man today, because yesterday, Fani Willis, the Fulton County, DA, who brought sprawling RICO (racketeering) conspiracy charges against the President (and 10 co-defendants) in the Georgia election( 2020) interference case was disqualified from this case by the Georgia Court of Appeals. Basically, DA Fani Willis and her entire office have been booted off the case.

Fani Willis will immediately appeal the ruling, but she will not succeed. This means that the indictment against Donald Trump (and his co-defendants) may be taken up by the appointment of another DA, or the ultimately the indictment may be entirely dismissed (IMO-for what it's worth - I think the indictment will be dropped. We'll have to wait and see).
Thus we see yet another of the corrupt Biden administration's "get Trump" lawfare attacks ignominiously "falling to pieces."
So fa,r Trump and his legal team, have taken the scalps: of Special Council Jack Smith and his "Classified Documents" indictment against Trump; New York Attorney General's Civil Fraud lawfare case has been effectively "blown out of the water"; while the most corrupt lawfare indictment of them all: Progressive, Black, Democrat, DA Alvin Bragg's so called "Hush Money" case against Trump is on very shaky ground. At present, sentencing for Trump has been indefinitely delayed.
I think that all of the Biden administration lawfare prosecutors should be disbarred AND jailed.
