PEACEFUL PROTEST IS NOW "DOMESTIC TERROR"​

Even if police clear parked lorries off the streets of Canada’s capital, the anti-government movement will live on


On February 6th, more than a week after thousands of lorry drivers and their allies occupied the center of Ottawa, Canada’s capital declared a state of emergency.

The protests are the biggest that have taken place in several Canadian cities.

Canada’s Liberal government, led by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, triggered the demonstrations by requiring "foreign" drivers who enter the country to show proof of vaccination.

Ottawa's mayor, Jim Watson, said on February 6th that the protests were “the most serious emergency our city has ever faced”. His order coincided with another signal given earlier in the day for police to crack down. Among their first moves was to seize fuel.

The impact of the “freedom convoy” led the opposition Conservative Party to sack its leader, Erin O’Toole, who narrowly lost an election to Mr Trudeau in September. Conservatives blamed his moderation for the loss. Candice Bergen, the party’s interim leader, thinks the protesters “deserve to be heard and they deserve respect”.

They are also serving as inspiration to a transnational movement against ongoing covid restrictions, even as these begin to ease in some countries.

Police in Ottawa say many of the protesters came from "south of the border".

On February 4th GoFundMe said the protest had become an “occupation” and shut down the appeal. The fundraisers shifted to GiveSendGo, through which they have already raised more than $5m.

Groups in America and Europe are planning “freedom convoys” of their own.

The Proletariat Are Rising and it's not going the way Marxists had hoped

I remember reading about scientists in the Arctic Circle. The interviewer called the doctor there a hero. She demurred and said that the real hero was the mechanic, because without him, they wouldn't have electricity and heat.

The Kultured Keyboard Klass™ believes that the world would stop without them. They see themselves as essential.

The truth is that most of them could have their computers disconnected from the internet while they continue to type self-importantly away, and no one would ever know the difference.

In fact, the world might actually be better.

Remove the plumbers, electricians, and truck drivers for 48 hours during this era of 7.5% inflation, add in a little food shortage for spice, and see how important the Kultured Keyboard Klass is.

America would come to a screeching halt in a way it didn't for the made-up "Covid emergency".

Who kept on truckin' then? That's right, the real ESSENTIAL workers, the truckers.

Leaders in the West have gotten way to big for their britches.

• They've been talking The Great Reset.
• They've been talking about a New World Order.
• They've been talking about the Green New Deal.

People in the West have mostly endured this Utopian opining because things have been relatively okay and not too weird.

Well, now things are NOT okay and things are definitely weird.

Regular people, symbolized by the truckers, have had enough of the nonsense.

Why didn't the trucker protest start in the U.S.?

Well, because the whole country isn't California. But Canada is kinda California, but colder and and with a silly black-face-wearing pseudo Frenchman in charge.

In America, there's Texas and Florida, places of sane refuge and so the usual rebels don't have to rebel to stop the nonsense.

Since the Freedom Convoy started inspiring massive protests in France, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, and other places, it’s clear to me that every pseudo-democratic authoritarian autocrat wants Fidel Castro's bastard boy J. Trudeau, rather than any of them, to take the political hit that would ensue from using totalitarian Tienanmen Square tactics to start killing people protesting their plandemic policies.


All of these "leaders" seem to be laboring under the delusion that murdering a few folks a la Ashli Babbitt in the Great White North will make this all go away.

Unless Justin stages a false flag "attack" on his storm troopers as an excuse to "restore order", there seems to be no plan in any country that doesn’t involve tear gas, truncheons, or getting lefty "fact-checkers" to blame troll farms in Russia for stirring up the “discord” that threatens their political futures.

Asked by The Daily Signal about his thoughts on the convoy and the potential for it to spill over into Los Angeles, home of Sunday's Super Bowl, or into the nation's capital, Paul said Thursday that "it'd be great" if the anti-mandate, truck-inspired protests popped in the United States to "clog things up."

"I'm all for it," Paul, a longtime opponent to masking and vaccine mandates, told the conservative media outlet. "Civil disobedience is a time-honored tradition in our country, from slavery to civil rights, to you name it. Peaceful protest, clog things up, make people think about the mandates."

He added: "I hope the truckers do come to America, and I hope they clog up cities."

I don't recall any lefties complaining during the Occupy infestations, or during the summer 2020 riots.

I read on Politico that actually talking to the demonstrators means “sitting down with them could legitimize their concerns.”

Since we can’t under any circumstances have that, the only option left is the military “eventuality.” Tienanmen Square time!

Or, as former Obama Deputy Homeland Security Secretary/CNN analyst Juliette Kayyem (the same loon who went bonkers over the Southwest Air “Let’s Go Brandon” incident) put it, “Slash the tires, empty gas tanks, arrest the drivers, and move the trucks.”

Any sane person should be able to see where any of these ideas would lead. That explains why no DEMOCRAT does, I suppose.

The problem is, we’re heading into our third decade of not thinking ahead as a core concept.
