German Chocolate.....had it since about the age of 4....with chocolate cream frosting till about 13, when I went to traditional.
 
My local cake place closed at the front of the plandemic, and I dont go to Seattle anymore (I choose to remember as it was before the collapse)....this year I am going to make my own cake.

I deserve it.

I have never had German Chocolate with chocolate cream frosting.

The frosting I like is an evaporated , milk, pecans , coconut, butter and sugar frosting.

I always make it at Thanksgiving and I use Baker's Chocolate and use the recipe on the wrapper.
