ICE needs probable cause to enter private property... And they should be especially careful around a surgical center. We cannot just have ICE agents barging into surgeries.

It is illegal for ICE to enter without probable cause, which many times means a warrant. It is medically unadvisable for ICE to mess up the sterilization in surgeries, so staff is not going to invite them in. Arresting random people because ICE cannot get what they want just makes them look sad and corrupt.
Quit pretending you know anything about 'The Law'. You don't, you're just another treasonous obstructionist, is all. You need to be deported as well.
